Leighton is now five months which means teething is in full force. Being our second baby we have tried, what feels like, everything to help soothe those angry gums. Here is a little list of our favourite must haves for teething. I would like to point out that I am by no means a parenting expert, these are just things that work for us. Also what works for one baby may not work for the other.

1. Any water filled teether that you can freeze is awesome for those swollen gums. I do like this one in particular because of its shape. It is easy for little hands to hold and skinny enough to fit in their mouths. Green Sprouts Fruit and Veggie Cool Soothing Teether Strawberry $6.99
2. This Oreo teether is just so adorable! We bought this for Lennox when she was born and now Leighton uses it. I love that it comes on a clip so it doesn't fall on the ground. Its a little on the pricey side but if you do plan on having more than one kid I say spend the extra money on products that you know will last for more than one baby. Glitter & Spice Cookie Teether Original $29.96
3. The munch mitt. I first saw this on a baby when I was pregnant with Lennox and thought it was the coolest thing. Its such a simple idea but is so clever. Babies love to "munch" on their little hands, which makes this mitt perfect. This has helped both my girls. Malarkey Kids Munch Mitt Teething Mitten $18.99
4. This banana tooth brush looking thing is new to me. I only recently purchased this for Leigh for her stocking and so far so good. It's easy for her to hold and the textured banana massages her gums and cleans them. Baby Banana Teether/Toothbrush $12.99
5. These adorable bandana bibs are a must have for us. Lennox didn't drool much but Leighton sure does. I ended up buying a few more as I go through a few a day with her. I love these ones as they have a rubber tip for them to use as a teething toy as well. Kushies Chewbib Bandana Bib with Teether $19.99
6. This funny looking toy is also new to us as Leighton got it in her stocking for Christmas. At first I thought it would just be something fun for her to grab but she loves to chew on it. This is one toy that I leave in the diaper bag for her when were on the go as its easy to grab from any angle. Manhattan Toy Winkel $19.99
7. This has to be my favourite teething toy. I can not recommend zoli's enough. I recently ordered a second set so Leigh has one everywhere! These are perfect for them to hold and the rubber end massages those sore gums. Lennox used hers up until she got her last molars (around 2.5 years old), so you know they last. If your going to buy any of these I would say get this one! Zoli Chubby Gummy Gum Massager Teething Stick $15.99
8. This classic teether is a baby staple. At first I thought, why am I spending this much on a toy that my dog would love? But its a classic for a reason and that's because babies love it. We had to buy a second one when I was pregnant with Leighton as we lost Lennox's on a shopping trip when she was about 9 months old (I recommend buying toy tethers to attach to the stroller). Sophie is easy to grab and they can literally chew on any part of her. (This is also an excellent baby gift 😉) Sophie The Giraffe $29.99
9. My final favourite teething product is this Icy Moo Moo teether. I bought this for Lennox and she loved it as a baby. Babies can use it with just the rubber utters or you can freeze your breast milk or formula on to it. I love to freeze my breast milk on it and give it to them in the bath (it does get messy). If there is anything babies love is milk so this is a special treat for them that helps soothe those sore gums. Kidsme Icy Moo Moo Teether $14.99
